Acceptance of these terms

By using this website, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the site. Sending a message through Get Quote or live chat means you want a reply and you accept these terms for that use.

Reading the Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled. Viewing that page is not, by itself, consent to every kind of processing described there.

Using a Discord application we operate is covered by the Discord Terms of Use and the Discord Privacy Policy, not by these website terms.

Eligibility and age

The site is a portfolio for people who want to enquire about development work. It is not directed at children. The site does not ask for your age and does not check it.

If the law where you live requires a minimum age, or a parent or guardian, before you use an online service or hire someone, you are responsible for meeting that requirement. These terms do not add a separate age number, because no governing jurisdiction is published here and the site does not collect dates of birth.

Accounts

This website does not offer visitor registration. You do not create a username or password to browse the portfolio or to send a quote.

You are responsible for the accuracy of what you send and for keeping your own email and Discord accounts secure. Do not put passwords or payment details in a quote or in live chat.

The private admin area is only for the site operator. Attempting to sign in, bypass it, or use it without permission is not allowed.

What this website provides

Belal presents this site under the name Deadly. It shows examples of Silkroad server development work, describes skills such as server systems, events, databases, custom features, and Discord or in-game tools, and offers a quote form and live chat.

Skill descriptions and project cards are examples of the kind of work offered. They are not a promise that every future project includes every listed feature. A development job, including price, scope, and deadline, exists only if you and the operator agree to it separately.

Acceptable use

You may browse the public pages, follow links that the site publishes, and send a genuine enquiry about work. Please describe your project honestly and use a contact method where you can receive a reply.

Prohibited activities

You may not use the website to:

Break the law, or help someone else break the law.
Access the admin area, database, server, or another visitor’s chat without authorization.
Probe, scan, flood, or scrape the site in a way that disrupts it or bypasses a limit.
Send malware, phishing, or a message designed to steal credentials or payment details.
Impersonate another person, or misrepresent your affiliation with a project.
Harass the operator or another person, or submit content you do not have the right to send.
Use the quote form or live chat for a scam, fraud, or unsolicited bulk messages.

We may ignore a message, remove it from the operator’s working view where that is possible, or stop replying if we reasonably believe these rules were broken.

Messages you send

You keep ownership of the text you submit. You give the operator permission to store it on this website, read it, reply to it, and, for a quote, forward the name, contact details, and message to a Discord webhook when that webhook is configured. You also allow the automatic thank-you email when that setting is on.

You confirm that you have the right to send the content and that it does not infringe someone else’s rights. Testimonials shown on the site are added by the operator. Sending a quote does not automatically publish your words on the homepage.

Portfolio projects and game servers

Project names on this website are examples of work. This website does not operate those game servers, does not enforce their rules, and does not sell items, currency, or accounts for them. A link to a forum thread is not a statement that the operator currently runs that server.

Silkroad Online and other game names belong to their owners. Nothing on this website grants a license to a game client, server files, or a third-party trademark. Rules for playing a linked server are set by that server’s operator, not by these terms.

Quotes, payments, and digital benefits

Submitting the quote form or starting a chat does not create an order. It does not reserve time, and it does not obligate either person to enter a development contract. Any later agreement about work is separate from these website terms.

This website does not process payments, donations, refunds, virtual currencies, or digital perks. There is no checkout. If you pay the operator through a service outside this website, that payment is not received or stored here, and disputes about it belong to that separate arrangement and to the payment service you used.

Refunds and cancellations

Because this website does not take payment, it has no checkout refund button and no cancellation period for a purchase made here. These terms do not add a “no refunds” rule for a product the site does not sell.

If you later hire the operator, refund and cancellation rights are whatever you agree in that separate arrangement, together with any right that consumer law does not allow to be waived. This page cannot reduce a refund right that the applicable law says you keep.

Suspension and ending use

There is no public account to suspend. If the form or chat is abused, or if the law requires it, we may refuse further messages, remove stored messages we control, or limit access to the site. We do not promise advance notice when we need to stop abuse quickly.

You may stop using the site at any time. Stopping does not by itself delete a quote or chat that was already stored. Deletion requests are described in the Privacy Policy.

Availability and changes to the site

The website is a portfolio. It may be unavailable during maintenance, hosting trouble, or updates. We do not offer a service-level agreement, a guaranteed response time, or uninterrupted access.

We may add, remove, or change pages, projects, and contact tools. A change to the website does not, by itself, change a separate development agreement you already made.

Intellectual property

The layout, original text, and original graphics of this website belong to the operator unless a credit says otherwise. You may share a link to the site. You may not copy the site design or original text for your own commercial website without permission.

Project images, client names, forum posts, fonts, icons, and game titles may belong to other people. Elitepvpers, Discord, Font Awesome, and the games named in the portfolio keep their own rights. Feedback quotes remain the words of the people who gave them, and are shown here with the operator’s editorial choice.

Third-party services and links

The site links to external pages and loads fonts, icons, and images from third parties, including Google Fonts, cdnjs on Cloudflare, Discord, Elitepvpers, and image hosts such as ImgBB. Those services are not operated by this website. We are not responsible for their content, availability, or policies. Use them under their own terms.

Disclaimers and liability

The portfolio is informational. Testimonials are opinions from clients, not a guarantee of a particular result. To the extent the law allows, the website is provided as is, without a warranty that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a purpose you have not agreed with the operator separately.

To the extent the law allows, the operator is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss caused by a third-party website, a game server the operator does not run, or an off-site payment or contract that is not this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for any other liability that the applicable law does not allow to be limited or excluded.

Some places do not allow certain warranty or liability limits. In those places, the limit applies only as far as the law allows. These terms do not ask you to waive a consumer right that cannot legally be waived.

Indemnity

If you misuse the site, try to access it without authorization, or send unlawful content, and that leads to a claim against the operator, you agree to cover the reasonable losses and costs caused by that claim, to the extent the law allows.

This does not require you to cover the operator’s own fraud or wilful misconduct, and it does not require you to give up a right that cannot be waived. If a court finds this section too broad, it applies only to the part that remains enforceable.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms by posting a new version on this page and changing the last-updated date. If you keep using the site after that date, the updated terms apply to use after the change. The site does not keep a public archive of older versions.

An update will not be used to take away a right that the law says cannot be waived. A separate development contract is changed only in the way that contract allows, not merely because this page changed.

Governing law and disputes

If you have a concern, contact the operator first so it can be discussed directly. If a dispute continues, the courts and the mandatory laws of the place that actually has authority still apply, including consumer protection rules that cannot be waived. These terms do not require arbitration, and they do not bar a claim in a forum where the law says you may bring one.
