In short
- We receive the Discord data needed to run a command, button, or server setting that you or a server admin actually use.
- We do not keep a transcript of ordinary server chat, and we do not sell Discord data or use it for advertising.
- Discord already processes your account under its own privacy policy. We only describe the copy our application receives.
- You can email us to ask for access, correction, or deletion. Removing the application from a server is also a deletion request for that server’s settings.
Scope
This policy applies when you use a Discord application or bot that we operate, add it to a Discord server, or submit a command, button, or other interaction to it. “API data” means information we receive from Discord’s APIs about users, servers, channels, and interactions.
It does not apply to the Deadly portfolio website, the quote form, or the website live chat. Those are described in the Privacy Policy. A quote that the website forwards into Discord is website data, not data collected by the Discord application.
Who we are
The applications are operated by Belal, publicly known as Deadly. No separate company name, company number, or postal address is published. In this policy, “we” means that operator. “You” means a Discord user, or a server admin who adds or configures the application.
Discord, Inc. provides the Discord service. Discord’s processing of your account is covered by the Discord Privacy Policy. This policy covers what our application does with API data after Discord makes it available to us.
Data we receive from Discord
Discord sends our application the information required to carry out an interaction or a feature a server admin has turned on. Depending on that action, this can include:
- Your Discord user ID, username, display name, and avatar, when you use a command, button, or other interaction, or when you message the application directly.
- The server ID, channel ID, and, if a command needs it, the relevant role or permission context Discord includes with that interaction.
- The command name and the options or text you deliberately submit to the application.
- A message you address to the application, such as a direct message you send to it or a message on which you invoke it. We do not receive that message unless you or a server feature directed it to the application.
- Server settings an administrator saves through the application, such as a channel to use or a feature switch.
- Game, event, or ranking details an administrator chooses to connect, such as a character name or event result that the administrator’s game server sends for a listed feature.
We do not ask you to send a password, payment card number, or government ID. Do not put those in a command or a message to the application.
Data we do not collect
- We do not keep a transcript or archive of ordinary server chat.
- We do not read private messages between other people.
- We do not collect data from a server or a user for advertising, sale, or a data broker.
- We do not build advertising profiles from Discord data.
- We do not ask Discord for member lists, presence, or message content except as far as a feature listed on the application’s Discord profile needs that data to work.
- We do not use the website quote form as a source of Discord user IDs.
If a listed feature is later added that needs a privileged intent, such as message content, server members, or presence, we will update this policy before using that data for the new feature. Until this page says a category is stored, we do not store it as a general record of the server.
How we use data
We use API data only to:
- Run the command, button, or message you submitted.
- Apply a setting a server administrator saved.
- Show a game, event, or ranking feature that an administrator enabled.
- Keep the application secure, block abuse, and fix errors.
- Respond to a privacy request, a Discord request, or a legal duty.
We do not sell personal information. We do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not use it to train a public AI model.
Reasons for processing
Where a privacy law requires a reason, we rely on these reasons. Naming a law here is not a claim that a regulator has certified this application.
- You, or a server admin acting for the server, asked the application to perform a command or feature.
- Operating, securing, and debugging the application, limited by your rights under the law that applies.
- A legal duty, or a request from Discord that the developer terms require us to follow.
Using Discord is also governed by Discord. We do not treat a visit to this page as consent for a new use of API data.
Sharing
We share API data only in these cases:
- With Discord, because the application runs inside Discord and Discord already processes the same interaction.
- With the host that runs the application, so the feature can work. The host’s name and country are not published on this website.
- With a person you or a server admin expressly tell the application to send the data to, for example a channel you chose for an announcement.
- When the law requires it, or when Discord requires it under the Discord Developer Terms of Service.
- With a security or legal adviser only as far as needed to handle abuse, fraud, or a claim.
We do not share API data with an advertiser, a data broker, or an unrelated buyer. A service provider who hosts the application may process it only to provide that hosting. Information Discord holds is controlled by Discord, not by us.
Retention
| Data | How long we keep it |
|---|---|
| Text you submit only so a command can run | For long enough to complete the interaction and to investigate a failure or abuse of that interaction. It is not kept as a chat archive. |
| Server settings an admin saved | Until the admin deletes the setting, the application is removed from that server, you ask us to delete it, or we stop operating the application. |
| Game or event details an admin connected | Until the admin disables that feature, the application is removed, or a deletion request is completed. |
| A short security record, such as a user ID, server ID, and time of abuse or an error | Until it is no longer needed to protect the application, Discord, or other users, unless the law requires a longer period. |
We delete API data when keeping it is no longer necessary for the listed feature, when we stop operating the application, when you or Discord ask us to delete it, and when the law requires deletion. Removing the application from a server is a request to delete the settings stored for that server. We may keep a limited record if the law requires it or if it is needed to establish or defend a legal claim or to prevent ongoing abuse.
Access, correction, and deletion
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete API data we hold about you. A server admin can ask us to delete settings stored for that server. The address shown on the website is [email protected]. The contact link opens [email protected]. Send a Discord privacy request to either published address, or through [email protected].
Include your Discord user ID if you have it, the server ID if the request is about a server, and what you want us to do. We may ask you to confirm that the Discord account is yours. There is no separate account portal on this website for these requests.
We will act without undue delay. Where the GDPR applies, we will respond within one month, and we will tell you if a permitted extension applies. Where the CCPA or CPRA applies, we will not discriminate against you for making a request, and you may ask to know, correct, or delete personal information we hold. We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
We cannot delete the copy Discord keeps under the Discord Privacy Policy. Use Discord’s own tools for that copy. If we received API data in error, we will delete it and we will tell Discord if the developer terms require that notice.
Privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export personal information, to restrict or object to certain uses, and to complain to a privacy regulator. These rights can come from laws such as the GDPR, UK GDPR, LGPD, CCPA, or CPRA. Not every right applies in every country. We will handle a request under the law that actually applies. This page is not a government certification under those laws.
You may also stop using the application, and a server admin may remove it, at any time.
Children
The application is not directed at children under 13. You may use it only if you are allowed to use Discord under Discord’s terms and the law where you live. We do not knowingly collect personal information from a child who is not allowed to use Discord.
If you believe we have API data from a child who should not have provided it, email us and we will delete the data we can identify.
Security
We limit access to stored API data to what is needed to operate the application. Bot tokens and other Discord credentials are not published on this website. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we do not promise absolute security or a named security certification.
International transfers
Discord processes Discord account data in the United States and other countries described in Discord’s privacy policy. If we store API data, the country of our host is not published on this website, so that copy may be outside your country. We do not claim that a particular transfer contract is in place beyond what the host and Discord provide.
Changes
We will update this page before we materially change what API data we collect or how we use or share it. The last-updated date will change. If Discord requires a new review for that change, we will not treat the new use as approved merely because this page changed.
This policy is effective 10 October 2026 and was last updated on 10 October 2026.
